Policy & Institutional Development
The cooperative has a board of 9 members (5 female and 4 males) with diverse professional expertise in the field of enterprise development and management, finance, economics and agriculture and it is the governing organ which establishes policies and procedures, principles and systems necessary to run the institution consistently in line with its vision and mission.
The all members general meeting is the supreme organ whose decision is binding. The financial situation of the cooperative is not so sound. It still lacks internal capitalization for prop financing.
